The Mama Bear's Zen workshop titled "Mama Said There'd Be Days Like This" offered a powerful space to explore the complex layers of motherhood, trauma, and healing.

Attachment theory powerfully illustrates how the relationship strategies and styles we develop, often in childhood, persist into our adult relationships. It explains our subconscious reactions under stress and why we tend to favor certain defense tactics over others.

Understanding the complex layers within our communities can be challenging. How do we see who supports us, who we support, and how energy flows between us?

On Saturday, December 27, Community 247 hosted the End of Year Good Tidings and Cheer Wellness Workshop, a gathering designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit as we leave 2025 behind and welcome 2026.
